ICAO: EGLS FAA LID: Unapplicable, outside United States WMO: none Wiltshire Airlines' focus city for light aircraft flights, Wiltshire Old Sarum Airfield was made the airline's third hub on 18 March 2017, inaugurating scheduled air services to its namesake for the first time. It has since been converted to Wiltshire Airlines' first focus city on 17 February 2023. The airfield, one of the oldest in the United Kingdom serving since World War I, has a single 781-meter-long grass runway. As a result, Wiltshire operates short-hop, low-capacity flights to various cities in England and Wales from this airport, using Old Sarum as a transit center for passengers traveling to or from low- to mid-size cities in the UK. All pilots flying from Old Sarum Airfield are officially based in London Heathrow International Airport but most live in Salisbury and the surrounding area. Wiltshire Airlines’ corporate headquarters are located near this airport in Salisbury, Wiltshire. To access corporate offices from Old Sarum, travel west on Portway then turn left on the A345 road.
